My Xbox is now completely unusable thanks xbox

got the update awesome, but then my Xbox starts not working right, a few minutes later and my guide is broken then my Xbox froze now my controllers won't even connect to my Xbox and my Xbox is just frozen in time can't do anything, thanks Xbox for not doing
awesome at all, always having major issues, I can't even take off the update or do anything, play a game, nothing, I am so pissed off because this is not the first time at all, fix your stuff before you release it if it's to unstable don't release it I mean
really, you going to give me a update that breaks my xbox, why, I am tired of you giving me a update that adds something but then takes away my gaming time because it breaks the Xbox to the point it's unusable.

This issue used to happen quite frequently for me. The following may resolve your issue. It might take a while, but I assure you, if you give it the patience, it most likely will do you wonders.

Go to Settings > Network Settings > MAC Address > Alternate MAC Address > Clear > Restart. Once your system has restarted, go to Disc & Blu Ray > Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage. This should resolve your issue. Sometimes it also helps if you
disable BD Live. Please let me know how it goes.

It took a little time, as the Settings app, subsequent sub-settings menus and restart took a long time to load and/or complete, but my console is running smoothly. Thanks.

 

and the Xbox game pass for me doesn't work just says error code is 1

 

now my Xbox is now indefinitely broken it can't use my external hard drive and it reverted back as if I did a factory reset

Xbox One Won't Turn On if it still unusable? There are many steps on that article to help you out if you'd be willing to attempt them—hopefully that resolves the issue and your Xbox One will work as normal

If none of the steps work, you might need to replace the power supply if the light is still off or flashing orange. You can order a replacement Xbox One power supply from
Device Support. Regarding your external hard drive, please take a look at troubleshooting external
storage detection on Xbox One.
