    My Xbox is not turning on


    I accidentally spilled water on my console. I turned it on again and it was fine for a while then just shut off. Now whenever i turn on my Xbox, it is on for 15 seconds then shuts down again. Also, it randomly makes the sound of the power on button, yet
    doesn't turn on.

    What color is the light on the power adapter? Also try pluging the console in a different power outlet. Make sure that all plugs (Av cable, Power cables) to the xbox are pluged in. The power cable connects to the wall then to the power brick then to the
    console. make sure all these are pluged in all the way and that there is nothing loose

    Thanks for the support message.

    It sounds like you received a system update issue. Be sure you've left the console on the green screen for at least 10+ minutes to see if it ever reverts to the Xbox Home screen. If not, give these steps a go and shout back!

    Some times if the xbox dont recieve an video or audio signal from tv this not gor turn on. Try with another hdmi cable. For the time that you say thst you has the xbox i supose u have an xbox one original. Some times the Power Supply of the cable have
