My xbox is not reading my seagate 1tb expansion card how do I fix this

I do also have this problem with my seagate expansion drive 1tb.

Apparently microsoft has done nothing to fix it. The same drive worked flawlessly on my xbox 360. I just bought the xbox one and it turns out to be a non functioning piece of crap already, thinking of returning it.

I have, on Xbox App, it says I have a friends list and same with the website

I do have two storage devices, one is a 1TB Series X/S Expansion Card and the other is an older hard drive which is a Seagate Hard Drive

You can still use regular external storage for games that aren't enhanced. Currently the only external storage that will work with enhanced games is the expansion card. https://www.xbox.com/en-US/accessories/hard-drives/seagate-1tb-expansion-card

Xbox Series X|S games can only be installed on the console's internal storage or the external Seagate SSD card. Link here. External drives are too slow for those games. The external hard drive can only be used to install backward compatible games (Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One).
