My Xbox is not letting me play my games.

Any time I try to play a game on my Xbox besides Minecraft it takes to long to load and I get a message telling me the game has taken too long. This has been happening since the night before Mother's Day. Any help on how to resolve is appreciated. Thank

do games stored on the internal drive work?

if they do then it could be a problem with the external drive.

Yes I have tried that already, it did not work, for future reference all of my games are stored on a 4 TB Seagate Game drive.

have you tried a Power Cycle?

hold the power button on your Xbox for 10 seconds until it completely turns off then unplug the power for 5 minutes

then plug it back in and turn it on as normal.

Sorry to hear it. Please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down. Hopefully that will resolve the issue for you.
