my xbox is kicking me out when i reset and it just loads forever when i try to sign back...

I get kicked off line when trying to load a game. When im not playing a game I stay connected. But when loading a game it keeps saying signed out n I have to try signing back in to load my account like playing multi player. Wtf. These problems keep happening
with xbox and its getting really old. Need to fix these problems asap!

Xbox Slim Problem: First i turn on my Xbox, as usual then it just SITS there with a circle spinning in center of the screen, forever, then i hit the Xbox guide button and i'm not signed in, so i press sign in, select my profile, and now my profile wont
load. and when i get impatient, i press back and it says "Signed in" And that's all it says but when i try signing in my profile again, while the dashboard is STILL loading, and i get intimate again with my profile loading, and i press back, this time it freezes.
I'm sad and extremely scared for my Xbox SLIM. If anyone is having is EXACT problem, then PLEASE, help me figure it out. Thank you. - Josh

I think your console may need to reset the network or just refresh the system. I would like you to follow the following steps to clear the Mac address and then perform a quick power cycle on your console:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Delete it and the console should reboot. It would definitely be helpful if you could reboot the internet router while the console reboots.

After following the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then disconnecting all cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, plug them back in and then restart your console.

Another thing you should check is your NAT type. I would like you to check your NAT type if it is open because that could sometimes interfere. To check the NAT type, you can follow the steps below:

Settings > Network Settings > NAT Type > It should be open.

If the NAT type is not open, you will need to open some ports with your ISP. These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work: Port 88 (UDP) Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) Port 53 (UDP and TCP) Port 80 (TCP) Port 500 (UDP) Port 3544 (UDP) Port 4500 (UDP) .

If the problem persists, the next step would be to perform a reboot on the console. To do so, you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox:

Settings > System > Console info > Reset this Xbox > Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note: The “Reset and keep my games and apps” option will not cause you to lose your games, but please note that you must fully know your account email address and password before using it as it will ask you to sign in in the account.

Also when i try to sign back into my account after factory reseting it will start loading and then it wint sign me into my account so it takes a few trys

sometimes i will get a message saying the destiny world is resetting and I will get kicked out but other than that no problems other than my sound doesn't work when loading the game so I have to sign out and re-sign in to get my sound turned back on. I
have this game on ps4 also and it is way worse in my opinion on that console with being laggy and constant loading when going to different areas in a world.
