my Xbox is having problems.

I've been having the same issues, and talking to support just tells me to do a factory reset, then in fine for a few days up to a week then same issues again. Clearly it is only a temporary fix and they cant tell you a real fix to the problem.

me too. Also my internet speed is very slow for update many times and I just want turn on the console and play.

For issues experienced in the Insiders Program, your best bet is to make Bug Reports by holding down the home button and clicking the "Report an Issue" button, second to that though head over to the Xbox Insiders subreddit. You will get direct support from
the Insiders team over there, and there's actually been an update specifically about your issue there as well. All the best, cheers!

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with your Minecraft Pocket Edition achievements not showing up on your Xbox app. To help clarify the issue:

• Is the device updated?
  
• Have you tried re-installing the game?
  
• Are you connected to a network?
  

I would also confirm that you are signed into your Xbox account within the game. In the Minecraft Pocket Edition main menu hit "Sign In" (should be at the bottom left) and sign in with your Microsoft account when prompted. If "Sign In" is not showing up in the bottom left, hit "Settings" and "Profile" under the General section and confirm that you are signed in to the correct Microsoft account.

Do you have the Xbox app downloaded onto your device? I would also recommend un-installing the Xbox app, reinstalling, and then signing in to the Xbox app with your Microsoft account.

Let me add that my XBox was rock solid for years until recently, then little issues started creeping up, and now, probably in the span of just a couple months, the unit is totally useless.
