    my xbox is having problems loading anything to do with my account.


    i was trying to join a discord call through my xbox a couple hours ago and it wasn’t working. it was giving me this ‘communication blocked due to privacy settings error’, so i tried to check my privacy settings and they were infinite loading before telling me to try again later? so i just gave it a break and tried again in an hour and restarted my xbox, and now i have been signed out and attempting to sign in just infinitely loads before giving me a try again in a while notification with the error code 0x80072EE7. i turned off my xbox and unplugged the power cord for 15 seconds and turned it back on again and it signed me in, but im still having the same problem as in the beginning. i even tried to boot up a game and decided to just call on my phone rather than connecting through my xbox and it wont let me sign into my profile on the game either. when i try to troubleshoot through xbox support on my xbox, it just tells me some services are down.

    this all was multiple hours ago, and i'm still having the problem.

    Hi reece, sorry to hear that you're having trouble!

    Can you check to see if there are any outages reported on the Xbox Status page here:

    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status

    You can also try it on a different WiFi network or mobile hotspot, to check if the problem is related to your ISP/router.

    My account is***@gmail.com I'm not entirely sure when this problem started, but there is no error message provided when attempting to sign into the xbox website, it just immediately signs me out before loading up the page I was on when attempting to purchase something. I haven't tried anything to fix the problem because I really do not know what I could try. Anytime I try to sign into anything that has to do with the xbox website, it simply does not complete my sign in. I've tried the same thing on my mobile device, as well as my macbook air.

    Edit: I have just tried again to sign in, but now it's not even loading up the sign in page.
