    hello I am having issues with my xbox dashboard . my issue is that my xbox wont go to the xbox dashboard at random times please tell me what to do and how to prevent this to happen

    My Xbox is having software issues

    I try load the game fortnite and I get an error code, I also try going on to net work settings and I get the same error code which is 0xd0000189 there is no solution to this, I've gone to xbox.com/errorhelp and it says no article found.

    Hey there!

    If you haven't already double check the Xbox Live Status page and if the game is not down go ahead and hard reset your Xbox by turning it off and unplugging the power cable for 10 seconds and turning it back on.

    Can you please try holding the power button for 10 seconds until it shuts down? This should resolve the problem you are experiencing.

    Having issues with my Xbox.

    Hi, Serkan. My name is Ron, I'm an independent advisor. I will be more than happy to help you.

    Please do the steps below in sequence to do a factory reset and let me know if it works:

    - Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.

    - Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

    - Wait 30 seconds.

    - Plug the power cord back in.

    - Press and hold the BIND button (the one you use to sync controllers) and the EJECT button, and then press the Xbox button on the console.

    - Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.

    - Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart.

    Note: If you don't hear two power-up tones after 15 seconds, it means this failed. Likewise, if you hear any “power-down” chirps, that also means this failed.

    - You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

    - The console should start and show the Troubleshooting screen

    - Choose "reset this Xbox" and there you have an option to Keep Games and Apps (already downloaded) or to Remove Everything

    This can't be true, as I'm seeing that link at the top of my page but I never signed up. And what happens if I click on it? Will I suddenly experience all manner of preview problems? #AmSoNotTouchingThatLink

    I tried removing my profile and resetting it like you said. The bio has now fixed! I'm hoping it will stay that way.

    My xbox live tenure is still not functioning. Could you please look into it. The tenure does not display itself anymore on my profile (on xbox one).

    The messages have now been deleted that were glitched.
