My Xbox is having a crisis

There's this problem to where it says "There's a problem getting this content right now." This is happening to where I cant even see my own profile party and full, I cant see who Im sending messages to, cant join my friends game or partys but I can accept
invites. This is probably the worst thing that has happened to me on xbox so far. Wait thats not the only part, I cant see the store, mixer, community or even the gamepass Tab. I've done everything in my power to fix this yet nothing works, I may be the only
one with this problem.

Dino Crisis Reboot confirmed for Xbox one.

With you on that one galactic Geek, reasons may be different. I have Dino Crisis on the Dreamcast, Dino Crisis 2 on the PS1 and Dino crisis 3 on the xbox. The black duck is dino crisis 2 on ps1, after playing the original from the dreamcast via VGA and then
the playstation for the sequel? It was all wrong

 

What games would you like to see come to Backward Compatibility?

crisis , crisis 2 and crisis 3 would really be nice

Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm unsure about what troubleshooting you have already done to your console but if you're not able to view much of anything, then that is definitely a problem. You may want to

perform a factory reset to your console and select the option to keep your games and apps. This will delete any potentially damaging files that may be on your console's operating system and hopefully get you back in the game. Please be sure to be familiar
with your credentials to log back into your profile (or other profiles) and your wifi network, if applicable.

1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info.
6. Select Reset console.
7. Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

Hi, XBF Amber M gave awesome helpful suggestions, If I was to add anything else that may be useful, I would suggest checking to make sure your subscription is still active, or another trick I've used is clearing the MAC address which is quick and easy.
To clear the MAC Address go to settings - All settings - Network - Advanced Network - Alternate MAC address - Clear - Reset. Your console will restart at that point and hopefully you will be gaming again soon after.

 

To add to all the other great advice here, I have found that sometimes hard rebooting your modem/router can clear up these type of issues when a fresh connction is there. I have also had success with the hard reset of the console. Hope it works out for
