My Xbox is having a aneurism

everytime I start my xbox it has a grey screen for about 30 seconds then it goes to the green hard restart screen and stays there forever. I tried everything hard restarting, unplug replug, etc. is there anything i can do to fix it?

MW3 Terminal Gameplay Video

Terminal is ok....but now try to imagine it with the MW3 spawns that it is going to have.

I think I gave myself a brain aneurism thinking about how bad it will be.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Since your console seems to be stuck on the green animation screen and doesn't go any further, have you received any error messages or codes on the console at any time prior to that?

For now, I'd recommend
performing a factory reset of the console and selecting to keep your games and apps to see if it was perhaps a potentially corrupting file on the console's operating system. The reset should delete any that may be present.

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select System.

Select Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

Its also possible that the latest update to the console either didn't complete or installed incorrectly, so the reset should shake that out as well. If you happen to get any error codes or messages after the reset, or issues updating the system, our

Xbox One System Update Solution should help you to troubleshoot and resolve them.

My Controllers wont turn on and my xbox wont turn off regularly so I have to hard reset it. I also haven’t been getting any error messages so I don’t know to do

When your Xbox get's stuck on the green startup screen does it eventually get to your home dashboard or does it stay there until you need to turn it off?

Follow this step by step guide for startup issues:

Select "I NEED TO TROUBLESHOOT A SYSTEM UPDATE ERROR "

Select your Xbox model

Select "I AM EXPERIENCING A STARTUP ISSUE"

Select "GREEN STARTUP ANIMATION"

Then follow all the steps to the end selecting "No" on any step you already tried that didn't work.

Go through that entire guide and let us know the results.

Try clearing cache. Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
After trying this, reinstall the game.
It may work for you .

Hello Big smoke,

There is one more thing you could try and that would be an
Offline update sometimes its better due to it isn't updating through the internet instead from a USB. When going to page select need to update console offline.
