    I would try clearing the system cache. To clear
    system cache, follow the procedure below:

    • Press and hold the power button until you hear a noise.
    • Unplug the power cable from the back of the console.
    • Wait a few minutes.
    • Plug the cables back into the Xbox One.
    • Press the power button to turn it back on.

    Hey guys! These types of issues are often related to your local network, there are plenty of steps we can take to figure out what's goin on here to be sure though. :)



    First, can I have you run through our steps in the support doc on
    Issues with connection speed or disconnects    . Let us know if that improves your speeds and we'll go from there!

    Same here I'm thinking its because there are so many people on in the evenings. I tried to download elder scrolls IV oblivion. 5.87gb and it went from 3:00 PM to 10:30 AM then timed out! At 56% that is like 3000 or so MB in to it. I had to re download my
    profile over it. So I'm frustrated cuz I can normally get like 1 GB an hour
