My Xbox is connected to the network but I cannot do anything that involves online features

I've just about had it with this console. Every day, there's something wrong with it.

I am connected to my perfectly fine internet connection that is working perfectly fine for every other device connected to it, yet I can't access anything online. When I test network connection, everything is fine and dandy. then, I can't do anything with it.

I've tried hard resetting, restarting, unplugging/plugging back in, every time this happens the Xbox website says their servers are fine. I’ve looked up everything I could think of. I’ve tried calling Xbox customer service by requesting a call “wait time 2 minutes” it’s been 2 days and many requests later no calls.

Help, please, before I bash this thing in with a baseball bat.

I am sorry you are going through this situation.

Please go to the network settings section and tell me if you get any messages regarding Teredo or UPnP.

Also run a speed test and let me know what stats you get.

I also want to ask you, what online functions are you having problems with?

Have you tried connecting the console to another network?

For example, you could check if you have the same problem when connecting to a mobile hotspot.

I forgot to add one more tidbit. The BEC router is way out of reach for my Xbox to connect to with a wired connection and the wireless capabilities seem to not be working on the BEC device. So if any other solution involves connecting to the BEC router itself,
I'm afraid I cannot do. All the networking is through the Nighthawk.

Report using the reporting feature on xbox, and in game if it has that feature.

For dos attacks, contact your isp, Microsoft cannot do anything as it is aimed at your Internet equipment, not Xbox.
