    My xbox is bugged can someone please help?


    Hello my Xbox series x seems to be bugged. My conversations will not delete they just reappear after opening the tab again. Also I'm not recieving message notifications. I have tried hard resetting the console and factory resetting the console both have shown zero results. I even tried getting an alternate mac address that didn't work either. For a product that cost as much as it does this is infuriating.

    All he said was download the report a bug app so microsoft knows. This doesn't help in the least bit.
