    So when I made this account, we put in a phone number, but it’s the house phone he doesn’t take texts but when my Xbox is trying to verify if it’s me or not, I asked to text me the code and the phone number I put in at the time I didn’t think it was a problem never change the phone number anything didn’t even know how Now it won’t let me get into my Xbox account.

    Just started getting this at sign in tonight. Can't find a solution. I'm guessing there's a problem at Microsoft, since when I get to the page where it asks me for my mobile to text me when service is back up, it fills the phone number field with a phone
    number I've never seen.
