    my xbox is acting wierd


    so like whenever i start my xbox up when i sign in sometimes it wont let me sign in or other times when it does it says connect to xbox live when im already connected and it wont load up my friends profile ive checked my internet amd its running fine and
    i cant play any games oh and my friends are frozen and it dosent actually say what they're on please help

    Hi,

    If you're attempting to purchase some sort of Xbox LIVE Gold promotion like a 1 month free gold subscription and you're getting this error then you'll need to contact
    phone support directly     after going through all of the options on the site. This more than likely means that you have a risk block on your account that only they can help you with.

    You should know that using these promotional links for accounts they aren't meant for will get you into these sorts of situations after trying multiple times it will lock your account as your account is not actually meant to receive the promo.
