    My Xbox is acting up and doesnt want to respond or load


    Im having trouble with my Xbox; Games and apps all work completely fine but the gist is that the menus take too long to load in with also saying “loading game” Also outside theres apps and other options not going through. Deleting games, Updating games, Resetting settings, Change time, and even not letting me into storage devices

    You will need to perform some basic troubleshooting steps in order to fix the issue however in the event that this won't work, you may need to request for an Xbox console repair order.

    If I may ask, are you able to navigate through the console dashboard freely?

    If so, for the troubleshooting step,

    Please remove your Microsoft account from your console > restart your console > re-add your Microsoft account > then check to see if it works here's how to remove your account:

    1.Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

    2.Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

    3.Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

    > then restart your console and proceed with the next steps. You've got nothing to worry about as this will not delete your saved data progress.

    If this doesn't work, kindly clear your alternate mac address, here's how:

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Settings.

    Select Network.

    Select Network Settings

    Select Advanced Settings

    Select Alternate MAC Address

    Select Clear

    Manually restart your console.

    Please take your time and let me know if it works.

    Another update. Got the dlc reinstalled, and now I can't load any of my saved games. They act like they want to load, but then it gets stuck at the loading screen indefinitely. Wonderful apparently all my progress is gone, so I guess I won't be playing fallout
    anymore. Anyone want to buy an Xbox one?

    Whys this keep happening?

    I usually attempt to load the forums up whenever I sit down at my computer. If xbox.com hasn't loaded up by the time I've checked my emails and responded to them, I'll just close the xbox.com tab and give up. It's a shame it's so poorly designed, I think
    it is one of the main reasons that the forums have died since the 'NXE' update. Is this the 'New Xbox Experience' they really wanted us to have?
