    Update caused this.

    I've had this for a week now. I've tried multiple headsets, multiple controllers, multiple hard resets. All we can do is sit and wait in silence apparently.

    Oh yeah. The UI freezes all the time, menu items refuse to start for unknown reasons, friends tab opens with no promptings. I've done a hard reset, unplugged it, cleared blu-ray cache, and done a factory reset since I know how to use google. I should have

    I had same problem. I t locked the system up and saved data was corrupted. I tried downloading to hard drive but still had the game freeze multiple times. It even rrod my xbox from a cold start.

    I've done all of the steps. the Xbox only freezes when I attempt to play that game. I've tried multiple copies of the Spider-Man Friend or Foe game for Xbox 360 and each seem to get the Xbox 360 to freeze. I can play any other game without error.

    I have tried hard resetting multiple times, it does nothing. My other friends on Xbox Live are experiencing the same issue. Now my Wife can't see hers either.
