My Xbox has gone from my devices

I understand your concern about not seeing your console in your devices, but I think I can reassure you that it's probably just a database update issue. If you've been informed that the console has been shipped back, it means everything is okay.
I believe the system will be updated shortly, and you'll be able to view the tracking.

As for the repair notes, as far as I know, they're not always available, especially if the product is under warranty.

Xbox LIVE sign-in problems
Complete the following steps to fix this problem:

Step 1: Check the Xbox LIVE service status

Check the Xbox LIVE service status. If there is a service alert, wait and try again later.

If there are no service alerts, try the next step.

Step 2: Test your Xbox LIVE connection

1. On your console, go to My Xbox, and then select System Settings.
   
2. Select Network Settings.
3. Select Wired Network or your wireless network name (if you are prompted to do so).
   
4. Select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.
5. If you are able to connect to Xbox LIVE, sign in with your Xbox LIVE gamertag.

I had this problem with MS bluetooth headset, I've gone back to using old white wireless one. I think my problem was interference from other wireless devices. It works Ok at my friends house, and I have a lot of wireless devices. My house alarm has wireless
sensors.
