    my xbox has a error code 106 00000009, i tried everything, so i tryed doing an offline system update but my xbox turns off every time the update reaches its second phase. Any one know what to do?

    Sorry to hear about your issue with your Xbox. Have you already tried resetting it to factory defaults? If you've already performed all the steps provided here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/errors/erro..., I am sorry but I'm afraid your console needs to be repaired.

    I have tried doing an offline update per instructions on the support page but get an error message each time of E106 00000009 80070002. I have read that there is something different about the console being part of the insider program.
