My Xbox got banned, i need help

Hey, I got on my Xbox yesterday and it says that the console was banned from online play until the first of next month, yet my enforcement ban was on my account only and it doesn't deny me from being able to play online, plus the ban on my Xbox occurred
whilst nobody was online and seemingly for no reason.

First this post is almost a month old, If you need help it is suggested that you start your own post.

Second like stated by previous posts on this thread the ONLY people that handle enforcement actions are the enforcement team.

The ONLY way to contact them is through the case review process on their website enforcement.xbox.com

The ONLY way to get a suspension lifted sooner then it was put on for is through the case review process on their website.

As said above, you can find information on console bans here but there is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding them. There is no other
way to get in contact with anyone who would have that information.If it only lasts until the 1st of next month, all you can do is wait it out.

Support does not handle enforcement issues. So there would not be anything they could do.

then is there i way to contact microsoft support via the phone so that i don't have to try and fix this issue going through another 30 people in chat rooms?
