My xbox got banish cause of my brother account

As the owner of the account you are ultimately responsible for how the account is used, both good and bad. When xbox issues a suspension, it’s not necessarily because you committed a violation, but because the account was used to commit a violation. Even
if you weren’t home or holding the controller when the activity occurred, if a particular Gamertag was used to harass other players or cheated in a game they have to hold it accountable.

There are a number of reasons for a Communications Suspension, some include; Inappropriate Text Chat, Unsporting Behavior, Vulgar or otherwise inappropriate voice chat, etc.

Unfortunately, being the account owner, you are held solely responsible for what happens. What you can do is visit enforcement.xbox.com and request a review case for your ban.

Sorry to hear your brother’s account got hacked into. Please read through the support page for ways on securing and/or recovering the account.

If there’s any credit/debit cards on the account, make sure to cancel/block these to prevent any unauthorised charges. Contact your bank if there are any charges you don’t recognise.

Also, If you happen to know the person who gained access and took control of the account without permission, report and block them. As well as, of course never share account details, such as password, phone number, payment info etc. and always keep account
security info up to date.
