My Xbox games disappeared??

Discus and support My Xbox games disappeared?? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So when i pressed install on a game it made all my games dissappear i held the button to reset rhe cache and power cycle it but now its happenend again...     My Xbox games disappeared??


    So when i pressed install on a game it made all my games dissappear i held the button to reset rhe cache and power cycle it but now its happenend again and my games wont appear back?

    Hi Spiffy,

    Sorry, my english is not very good, yes my problem is all my gamerscore of all xbox one game has disappeared, only xbox one game has disappeared, not 360, for example have normaly 218k gamerscore, but now have 76k (its only gamerscore of 360)

    Games DISAPPEAR from digital library (May 2019)

    They dont disappear from your digital inventory you just lose access to them until you renew xbox live

    But even so thats not the case i have Live and my games disappear

    My Achievements/game history is missing

    In a previous, now deleted comment, I mentioned my achievements/game history disappeared again, but it's back now. It seems to be an on and off thing, as some people mentioned that theirs disappear and then reappear again.

    I'm just gonna play games, and be on the lookout if my achievements/game history disappears again.

    The games have disappeared from my achievement list at the bottom they are xbox 360 games, some of them are backward compatible.

    make sure it isn’t t hidden and also check on ‘Ready to install’ tab if it’s not there I’d suggest you contact support Also be sure to have the receipt with you
