    My Xbox games crash and return me to home screen


    Hey Guys,

    So i bought and Xbox One S from someone and basically if i go to play a digital or physical game it will work for a few minutes and then just crash and return me to the Home screen,

    Does anyone have a solution to this, ive tried changing the power cable

    Same thing here, bought and downloaded assassin creed black flag, during the download process it gave me an option to start playing the game but when I tried the game crashed and returned me to the home screen so I waited to the end of the download and tried
    playing the game and the same thing happened, crashes and returnering to the home screen.

    Hi, it didn't work. The game lasted a few seconds longer, and eventually got to the menu screen, but then again, it crashed and returned me to the home screen. Could I get a refund from Xbox, or some other fixed version (I know, that problem might not

    Launching games kicks me back to home screen problem.

    I have the same problem:

    DR3 - either crashes to home screen, or gets stuck at "Loading"

    AC4 - either crashes to home screen, or gets stuck loading the save game

    KI- crashes to home

    COD- Goes into a loop going back to the splash screen after showing the menu for a second or two

    These are all digital download games. I'm on my 2nd replacement xbox and support hasn't been able to help me at all.

    Hi PaulFrago, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Have you tried to reset your console removing everything as part of the troubleshooting steps? If yes, and the same issue occurs it would be best to get the console replaced.
