My xbox gamepass ultimate is not active but I still have 2 months left

I bought the xbox gamepass for 3 months then after using the first month it suddenly stopped working I assumed it was because it was renewing its self for the next month so I waited for the next day but still it says my game pass ultimate is not active.
What can I do to fix it

Hi AustinTHE1, what is strange is that the subscription does not have to be renewed if you already bought it originally for 3 months. Make
sure of your subscription in your account in the tab mentioned by Kirill Krasin. You specify that the subscription mentions "non-active". Where
do you see that?

Try contacting xbox customer services and explain the issue you are having to them, hopefully they will be able to sort something out for you.

check your microsoft page from pc and you will find them the activation and termination dates of your subscriptions.

Have you checked on the subscriptions tab on your account (either on your Xbox or on a browser) what it says for GPU? Does it say active, cancelled, inactive (or something else)?

Have you tried pulling the game pass up on another device to see if it is active. If it is not try contacting xbox support https://support.xbox.com. Hope this
