My Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is malfunctioning.

If this is happening on the console then please try the following steps

please double check
http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

If the subscription shows, try the following steps

1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

3. Redownload your profile

If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

I followed these steps and still no change.

When did you add the pass? A membership can take up to 24 hours to fully apply to your account. In the meantime please try deleting then redownloading your gamertag to see if that helps.

I purchased Ultimate 2 months ago but I payed my monthly payment 3 days ago. It was working fine on Saturday but as of Sunday my Gold privileges have vanished.
