My xbox game pass subscription got cancelled

Got the same problem!

My Game pass Ultimate subscription was cancelled without my permission. Activate it back.

To cancel your Xbox Game Pass subscription, you must log into the Xbox.com account and go to the My Account section, then Services and Subscriptions. There is no commitment for the Xbox Game Pass and so it can be canceled at any time.

I tried canceling my game pass sub. On Xbox but it said I had to do it on line so I canceled my game pass and gold subscription but my game pass sub. Keeps auto uncanceling

You'll need to contact support directly so they can look into your account. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.
