My Xbox Game Pass Quest is broken

Seems like I cannot complete certain missions for Xbox Game Pass Quest such as "Play Game Pass" and "Haven". I played the game, but the mission will never be recognized as completed. Honestly, Xbox Game Pass Quest caught a virus. There is a virus in the Quest. What happened? Who infected the programming of those?

Um, I still cannot complete some quest because Xbox Game Pass quest is not registering it. There is nothing that can be done about it. No troubleshooting works. I think my profile is permanently broken from completing some missions in Xbox Game Pass.

The quests consist of daily, weekly, and monthly. The daily Xbox game pass quests are the ones I am trying to achieve. For example: "Play Game Pass" +3 points are achieved when playing any game pass game from the library. This is a daily quest. I have tried on my game console, mobile, and PC to trigger the quest. Up until 1/18/2023 (I renewed my game pass ultimate subscription another month), these achievable quests worked.
