My Xbox Game Pass (PC) Subscription is up to date, but I cannot download any games.

My account says it was renewed on 3/27, and shows the status as "all good" I also had the payment taken from my bank account. However, I cannot download any games from Game Pass now, but I can still play the ones I already downloaded. I've tried signing
in and out, restarting everything, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but nothing works. So, any help would be appreciated.

I tried, but the forums is the only help option they give me. I don't live in America, so I cannot call them.

Hello AntonyL1981, you can use your Game Pass subscription on another PC without any problems.

To do this, simply log in to your PC with the same account that has the Game Pass subscription.

Keep it up to date with the Xbox and Companion Apps installed and sign in with your account and you'll be able to download Game Pass games from another PC.

I am having the exact same issue. Both on my PC and Xbox. Both were fine yesterday but today cannot start any game. My subscription is up to date and last payment went through March 8.

The Xbox Game pass website is actually out of date. Xbox One games that are in the 'Play Anywhere' program and are in the current Game Pass Catalogue can be downloaded and played as part of the subscription on a Windows 10 PC.

I've checked on my PC and they are showing an 'Install' option for my PC in the Windows Store.
