My Xbox game pass is not downloading games properly in my laptop.

May I also know what steps have you already tried so far?

It's possible that it may be a network connection issue or issue from your ISP. I would suggest that you reset your router/modem by turning it off and unplug its power source for few minutes before turning it back on. You could also try to switch from wireless to wired or vice versa. Other option is to try another internet source.

Don't forget to install all available updates from your Windows and Microsoft Store.

I just signed up for the Xbox Game Pass for PC. I downloaded Cross Code to my desktop but I also want to play on my laptop. I installed the Game Pass app on both and played for several hours on my desktop. When in installed both again on my laptop the save
for me desktop is not there. Does Game Pass for PC support Cloud saves yet?

I downloaded the game via the Xbox app on this laptop. Once the download is complete, I am able to launch the game but as soon as I restart my computer, the game is no more in my library while the files are still on my laptop but when I go on the Xbox app, Ihave to download again and none of my games shows up
