my xbox game pass expired early

I apologize for the trouble, kindly validate your subscription time by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/services and clicking on "manage" on your expired subscription, you should see "Billing history" from there you'll see the details on when you purchased your subscription, when did you purchase it and how many months, that way you can validate the start and the expiration period.

Did you happen to have Game Pass Ultimate, then by Xbox Live gold and apply it to your existing subscription?

I had a previous subscription that ended on 15 Oct. I didn't cancel auto-renew.

The subscription continued for 7 days after renewal date.

When I renewed on 1 Nov, those 7 days are taken back, hence my current subscription is 7 days short.

Lesson; Cancel auto-renew.
