My Xbox Game Pass Code is to short

A few months ago I bought a AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT and got a code for XBOX Game Pass which should give me acces to the servise for 3 months.

I just now decided to activate my code but when I try to type it in the gift code menu in the Microsoft Store app on my computer the code is to short, it only has 16 digits when it should have 25. Did the code expire or Microsoft changed the length of them
since the service is still in a Beta face, or do I not type the code into the giftcode menu. What am I missing here?

It may take a day or two before you get the code to use on the Xbox, depending on AMD.

Hi, you'll need to redeem that code on the AMD reward website, then you'll get the 25 digit code to use on your Xbox.

Hey Aidan, Assuming the family code is on the Xbox 360 we do have a
Parental Controls troubleshooter.

For forgotten pass codes for the Xbox 360, it can be reset by answering the pass code question created when the console and parental controls were first set up. In short, No, we do require a Microsoft account so we can register the console to it.

In short, once you have converted to Game Pass Ultimate, your Xbox Live Gold will be converted to Game Pass Ultimate. If you cancel, you will lose that converted Xbox Live Gold.
