Saving and sharing screenshots on Xbox consoles requires Xbox Game Pass Core (or Ultimate). If you don’t have a subscription, you can take screenshots on another home Xbox as long as someone with Xbox Game Pass Core (or Ultimate) is signed in. You may check the information below:

The xbox console companion app recently shutdown and I am unable to acess my game clips anymore unless i use my phone to downlaod then transfer to my computer I was wondering if there was anyway to access clips from computer

I think what happened is that the game clip became corrupted when the game was closed and recording had not been stopped.

Game clips and screenshots are saved in the File Explorer\Videos\Captures folder. Take a look in there to see if the game clip was saved but if it is not there then the clip was corrupted and likely didn't record.

Its the same Account on my XBox and on here. The Subscription doesnt show up there too. Does my Subscription stop when i purchase xbox game pass ultimate? Maybe thats why its gone cause my XBox game pass ultimate just expired
