    my xbox friends list is missing


    I logged on today to my xbox one and all my friends are missing from my list. I tried to search them out to add them back and the system doesnt find them. One of my friends still has me listed in their friends list but even when they send a party invite I still cant add them.

    I did a soft reboot and still not working. Can anyone help with this?

    I found if you add a friend, change someone to a favorite, or join a group your friendslist will be fixed!

    My friends list has been missing for a number of months. My Xbox app, Companion app and my old Xbox One console all show my friends list still. I haven't encountered any error messages.

    That may be and i will check that when i get home but, would it make any difference that i can see my other friends whether they are offline or online. Also i do not even see his avatar in my friends list.

    Solved. He said he had to go i to a 360 guide somewhere and accept my friend request. That fixed it. Sorry we are both noobs.
