    My Xbox Freezes Randomly and then Crashes


    after the recent update my Xbox has been freezing and then shutting down. I moved it to a different room but it still does the same thing. I got this for Christmas last year and it has never done this. It will turn off and my xbox remote will flash like
    it's looking for an console to connect to. I need help because I can't play video games without it doing this.

    The new IE is buggier then Windows 95 was can we please get it fixed it crashes randomly back to the Xbox title screen randomly freezes

    Freeze during playing games , update , offline update

    my device XB1 freeze randomly and crashes a lot while i am playing" any game " i goes through reset and keep games and app , the result is the same freeze ,crash ........ then i move next step which is reset everything now i am stuck on preparing console
    page at 0% i power cycle my console and it stuck on 50% and it ends up with a page of " something went Wrong" E102.

    I tried offline update use OSU1 it stuck on 86% under the “Applying update “ . what I have to do ? please help
