My Xbox FC 24 is showing error code 08007045d

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your FC 24 game. No worries, let me help you sort this out.

Don't worry, if you have played the game online or when your account is signed into Xbox Live while playing the game, your saved game data is automatically stored in cloud. Reinstalling the game will not delete your saved game data.

Kindly reinstall the game as part of our troubleshooting step.

If it doesn't work, proceed to perform the factory reset keep my games and apps:

Note: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options. Be sure to choose the Reset and keep my games & apps option so that you don’t lose any of your games and apps.

This will also help sync the data on your console properly. Once you're done, try to check if you will be able to launch your game on your console.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you're having issues with the colors of your Xbox when playing FC 24.

If the rest of your games works normally in terms of color accuracy, you might have adjusted the color blindness settings of FC 24.

In FC 24, go to Settings> Accessibility > Color Blindness and set it to default.

Also, I haven't redeemed the in game currency. All I did was exchange my Microsoft points for a voucher then bought ea fc points but for the wrong version. It should have been ea fc 25 and I purchased ea fc 24 points.
