My Xbox Elite Series 2 controller randomly disconnects from my laptop

I have had the same issue with like 3 of these Controllers and the A button was messed on first controller but why can i not use my Elite series 2 that costed more then the Price of Gold on Trigger Setting 3 it wont acknowledge the triggers being clicked
only on setting 3 tightest triggers setting i mean damn i paid 230$ Canadian for this thing and had nothing but problems with it please help how do i get brand new elite series 2 triggers to actually work on setting 3 this is False Advertisement and a Lawsuit
is in order here. .... second elite 2 i had and just replaced kept randomly disconnecting also..

This did not work, I also noticed that if I shut off the XBOX One X it disconnects this controller and I have to reconnect it on startup. This does not happen with my other controllers just the Elite series 2 one.. I'll request a replacement

I got a similar issue going on with my elite series 2, it randomly opens the share tab of the guide menu, even when not even touching the controller. It just does it completely on its own at random intervals....

I have a new Elite Series 2 Controller, and having issues with Bluetooth that randomly disconnects.

I can reproduce it by lauching WRC 8, at some point in the menu or in a race, the controller will get disconnected after a big stutter, and sometimes, it never reconnects (light is blinking on the controller, Windows says the controller is paired but will
never see it connected even after restarting the controller, in this case, I have to remove the controller from Bluetooth device list and pair again).

The controller firmware is up to date, Windows 10 64 bits is up to date, the Bluetooth driver from my Z390 motherboard with Intel Bluetooth controller is up to date.

I have a regular Bluetooth XBox One X controller that works perfectly on the same host.
