My Xbox Elite controller can't be used when playing games on PC, What should i do?

Ori the blind forest, I can't play anymore, because I can't double jump the correct way .

People who play this game is playing in on PC only, and they purchased it on stream. If you go to twitch.tv. And in the category of this game all r playing it on PC.

Maybe I should hook up a mouse and keyboard to my Xbox one s! Since I no luck with my experience Xbox controllers that I purchased at Bestbuy!

I don't know what to do.

No ,when I connect my Xbox one s controller that came with the system . I have the same problem.

It's like the console and the controller isn't working together!

Or there frame rates are dropping.

I have no way to check if there frame rates drops.. that could be the casue .

I watch alot of YouTube games and some has meantion if the frame rate is dropping . Then it's difficult to play the game!!!

Yes it is possible I know this from first hand experience I have a wired xbox 360 controller and use it to play ALL of my games on my PC including when streaming my xbox One to my PC I can still play the Xbox One games. It is also plug and play so the
PC should automatically recognize the controller and it acts (uses the same controller configurations) as if you were playing on the Xbox one.

So I just updated my PC, checked the USB drivers, updated the elite controller, and cable tested but not sure how to see if the Xbox companion is updated or even do an update but everything looks good. I also connected my normal Xbox X series controller to my PC with the same cable and it's working fine, I'm having no issues with the LB button or any other buttons for that matter... Maybe I'm not noticing the issue when I use the elite controller on my Xbox series X. Might be an issue with the controller but I'm not sure what else there is to do before requesting a repair from microsoft.

hi my elite 2 controller don't respond anymore.

not one button, stick or paddles work but the controller is "on"= "home button" has light on...

i can't turn the controller off

when i open the accessories app there is only my standard controller displayed.

connecting to xbox with usb cable doing nothing

when i put them in the case: no "vibration"

on the elite 1 you can simply remove the battery but on elite 2 it's impossible.

is there a trick to turn the controller off and on?

I don't personally own a elite 2 controller but hears what i could find from google

"Find the Xbox button in the center top of your controller. Press and hold it down for six seconds. It should now turn
off. Turning it back on should automatically re-connect it to the last available Bluetooth connection"

Also there isn't anything I can do to change the extra buttons without reprogramming the original xbox button layout. Although try and install the xbox app on your pc/laptop and see if you can change
it from there or search on youtube for button layout tutorials for your Elite 2 changes.

My elite 2 when connected to PC via bluetooth loses connection and I am also experiencing sudden frame rate drops which I do not see when playing it with wired or keyboard or mouse. I did not had any issues with Elite 1 which connected via a usb
dongle. I updated the controller and the bluetooth feature is broken. Anyone got it to work on PC via bluetooth without any issues?

exactly the same issue here, have no problem with using my xbox one s controller on PC, but lots of disconnections and frame rate drops with elite 2
