My Xbox Elite 2 left controller wont work when I push down to use.

Well, I purchased my Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 in November of 2019, my warranty expired on March 16 of 2020. It is now April 16th and my right thumbstick does not register when pushed down. I would
consider myself a moderate gamer but for argument sake lets just say I put this controller through hell and back. For a controller that is almost $200, this was a ripoff. I haven't been this disappointed with a controller since I purchased the first Xbox Elite
Controller which I had to replace 2 times simply because the grips keep coming off due to the cheap glue they used.

I agree, the only controller I have that works properly is my elite. All the controllers I have either have triggers that don't work right or the left thumb stick wont work in the up position.

I've unplugged the headset and force powered down my xbox and still nothing.

The headset works just fine with my original Elite controller when I tried swapping them.

I made sure it was pushed in all the way and all of that.

I've tried getting ahold of Xbox support but it keeps saying its down.

1. My controller wont turn on at all for any of the games on my pc

2.It was working perfectly but now (as i said) wont turn on after not using it for maybe 3 days.

3.The usb-c cable is connected properly

4.the controller dosent have batteries (its an xbox elite controller) and when i put the controller on the charger nothing happens.

My controller also dosent turn on at all so i cant check if it needs updated.
