    That's really odd, is this happening only with Roblox or if you try a different game the issue persist?

    If it's the first, can you double check if your controller firmware is up to date?
    If not, please update it and test the game again
    By the way, what console do you have?
    And what did you tried so far to fix this problem

    In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed
