My Xbox elite 2 controller does not work correctly when it's wired to a android device.

I hope Xbox/Microsoft will talk about this problem and make sure this gets fixed since this had been a problem for a while now. I would appreciate it if this will be told to the higher ups from Microsoft.

I think I'll keep the controller since it works fine on my Xbox. It's just a shame that it doesn't work properly when you connect it wired to a android device

I understand you need help with your controller.

Have you tried using a different controller just to check if this is not a controller problem? It could also be software related for some reason since you already have it updated. Or maybe try using it to another device.

If this is the case, I would already suggest having the controller replaced since you just bought this, the store should have a replacement policy for defective controllers that are just recently bought.

Hello Ronnie thanks for your response. I have tried using different controllers. The Xbox one s controller and nintendo switch pro controller seem to be working fine and I have no issues with them. It's just the Elite 2 that has this problem sadly.

Edit: I've also tried using a different device and the same thing happens
