    My Xbox download speed keeps going down.


    I have a 100mbps download speed network and When I download something my Xbox gets to around 78-83 mbps and then it keeps going down I need a fix for this because I’ve tried every way possible to fix this issue, but nothing seemed to work.

    I tried a lot of things like, changing my alternative port selection, turning off keep my console and games and apps in settings, clearing my alternative MAC address but it never worked. I don’t really know why this happens maybe could be a bug but I know that there is something wrong.

    I have over 350mbps connection speed but I'm getting less than 1mb while updating my games. I'm hard wired to the modem so there's no reason to assume interference. I've reset my modem, hard reset Xbox and still I'm looking at 876kbps as I type this. So aggravating!

    Can the download speed be so fast that the downloads become slow?

    I’m on the Xbox Series X. The issue hasn’t resolved itself. The download speed is so bad. How can my download speed go from 100-300 Mbps all the way down to 3Mbpa by switching my networks settings to automatic.
