My xbox doesn’t turn on.

My mistake, sorry, the console starts but the boot screen does not appear,

I held it for about 30 minutes and no sign, just that the console button is on and that's it.

The procedure is pretty much the same, okay? Though probably since it is a One S, the Device Service and Repair will not work, since now it only attends to Series S/X.

Just to clear this out, together with the troubleshooting above, try changing the HDMI! Maybe it stopped giving a signal.

If nothing helps, what I sincerely recommend is searching for a local Technician and asking for them to do a checkup on your console. Since Device Service and Repair does not attend to Xbox One anymore, that will be your best shot. Make a good search and take your console to a good Technician so they can open the console and see what is faulty, okay?

First of all, some troubleshooting steps can be taken:

Reset your internal power supply:

" Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One X, and Xbox One S have an internal power supply that works in all regions worldwide. If your console won't turn on, it may simply need a power reset. Often, power issues are due to the power supply resetting after a power surge.

To reset the internal power supply, follow these steps:

Unplug the power cord from the console.

Wait 10 seconds.

Plug the cord back into the console, and then press the Xbox button  on the front of the console.

If the console turns on, the internal power reset works. Do this step if the problem happens again. "

If the console still does not turn on, try the following:

" Check that the wall outlet you’re using is working with other devices.

Check that the power cable is firmly connected to the wall outlet and your console.

Ensure that you're using the power cable that came with your console and that it's the correct cable for your region. "

If after all those steps it still does not turn on, I recommend the procedure for it to get serviced, okay? It will cost a fee since it most likely is out of warranty, but at least the problem will be fixed, and there is no danger of you buying a new Hard Disk and the problem persists, okay?

I used Different power cords even tested the power cords on my friends Xbox and they worked on his but mines just doesn’t turn on the light doesn’t even turn on
