    My xbox doesn't play disc games


    My xbox doesn't play any disc games so I can only play digital ones now. I tried to use an outer device to read the discbut nothing happened...

    I've no warranty anymore so I need a solution that isn't giving it to a shop.

    Is there a way to play discs with outer devices?

    Mixed media disc problem!

    Hello everyone,

    I'm having an issue with some of my new games on my xbox. when I insert the disc it doesn't show "play now" or "play game" it just shows "Mixed Media Disc" and this started happening after the dashboard update to some of my games
    like COD:BO2 and others. My disc doesn't have any scratches and it's brand new!

    Any ideas to why this is happening?

    Xbox kicks me out of all Apps "Try Again Later"

    Bluray player doesn't work either, nor do games on disc. Everything closes saying please try later. Netflix asked for a disc, wtaf Xbox.?

    Backwards compatible 360 game disc issue

    Hi,

    Check if your Xbox One can play standard DVD movie discs (Not Blu-ray discs). Xbox 360 game discs use DVD disc media. If your console can not read DVD discs, then it has a hardware fault.
    I tried playing a regular DVD in my Xbox, but it doesn't do anything. Only discs for Xbox One work at the moment. Is there a fix for that?

    i am currently haveing an issue with my xbox one console its not reading two specific disc's

    i tryed the steps on the link but it doesn't seem to work and im sure its not the disc because i got a replacement disc and it does the same thing my xbox plays other games fine aswell

    Unrecognized Disc

    For it to play an installed game it must recognize the disc in the drive and the problem is it doesn't even do that.

    A disc polish repair is my only hope... :S
