    I'm sorry to see any issues with your 360 console! If you haven't already, you'll want to go through our 360 Flashing Light solution page. Even though you state you have a solid
    light, this might get you sorted out.



    Please let me know how it goes! If it doesn't help out, please let me know which light is red, and which type of console you have (fat 360, S, or E console). From there, we can see what our next steps are. My xbox does not start. :) I look forward to working with you!

    Hello again, this game was for the Nintendo DS, PlayStation 3,Wii and Xbox 360 platforms, however I believe that when it came out the free version of it was compatible with Windows:registered: XP is difficult to know if there is any compatibility with current systems, the ideal would be to contact the developer to see if they can help you.

    the game is spiderman shattered dimensions, I got it online if that makes a difference. and this only happens with that game. I think my system is updated

    Hello Oasis, what would be the game that tries to play and it does not start?

    Does this only happen with this game, or with other games you have on your PC, is it purchased or is playing through the Game Pass?

    Have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 21H2, to Windows 10 or 11?
