My Xbox did not come with the starter headphones

I was really mad to find that my xbox one did not come with the starter headphones. It says it on the side of the box that they are included but they didnt come with it. I really dont want to buy them and I wish to have some support.

How do I connect my turtle beach PX5 to my TV to get audio into the headphones?

I have all the cables connected, but I only got one audio optical cable to connect my PX5 receiver to my XBOX 360. I can hear chat through my headphones but not gameplay. Don't I need a 2nd audio optical cable to connect the receiver to my TV to hear gameplay
in the headphones too? If so, is the PX5 supposed to come with 2 optical cables?

I got a refurbished unit that did not come with instructions.

no sound in headphones

What I did with my XP510 was I went to turtle beach website connected the headphones to my computer and reset them to factory settings and it corrected the problem. Headphones that come with xbox only get sound when your playing on line and chatting with
someone otherwise you get no game sound through them. I had same problem sent the xbox back to be checked and they found no problem.

Well that's no good! We'll certainly do what we can to help you out here but we need a bit more information from you first. When did you purchase your Xbox One console? And could you provide us with an image of your console's box that shows the headset should
be included? Just be sure to take the picture with a piece of paper with your Gamertag and the date you take the picture visible in the photo with the box image.

Go to headphones optiono and my the sound come though your headphones only.

It might detect it, but have you got streaming active or setup properly..??

The Xbox will detect Windows Starter too [comes up with your computers name etc], but you can't stream with Windows Starter etc..
