My Xbox deleted my account after reset

It didn’t work is there a way you could delete this new account I’ve tried calling Microsoft and they never let me talk to them like how else could I fix it.

I would recommend going through our account recovery steps to try and get back into this tenured account. Microsoft (Xbox) accounts are not deleted without express permission from the user and even then, they go through at least 30-90 days of suspension before they are removed.

My recommendation would be to see if there might have been another email associated to this other account and try to login to it with that. Something like an older email you might have stopped using or an email that you don't access any more. You can even attempt to login with those emails and if it asks you for a password, then that means there's an account associated to it.

Once you have an idea on the email, try the recovery process here and you should be good to go.

As long as your account is an Xbox Live account then all you will need to do is to sign in with this account again and you should have access to all of your content and games. When you start playing games they will download the game saves from Xbox Live.
