My XBox dashboard isn’t working correctly

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem with your dashboard. If you have not already done this, Go ahead and

Physically Power Cycle the Xbox One and then give it another try. If the issue persists then I would advise that you perform a

Factory Reset Keeping Games & Apps. Be sure that you have your account information handy as it will remove accounts and you will need to Add them back on the console. Everything else as far as games and apps won't be affected.

Give this a try and let us know of any changes.

Thanks for the help. Unfortunately that didnt work but I figured it out. To hook to the wifi I clicked the “connect to xbox live” on the homer page and prayed it would take me to my wifi settings. It did and once I typed in my wifi it worked. Its weird because
I’ve never seen and xbox do that

I think you should unplug it for a while and then plug it back in. Hope this helps!
