    Hello everyoen i have a problem with my xbox were it crashes on a game or the menu section them i usually leave it for 10-15 minutes to see if it reloads, if it doesnt i shut down my xbox by holding the bottom for 10 seconds, but then i try to turn it
    back om and it keeps on turning it self off, i have tried resttting my console but it worked for a bit but now im having problems again can anyone please help me, xbox one x

    Ake sure the console isnt in an enclosed space as that could make it overheat. But other than that this is a know issue with microsoft and they are working on a fix :)

    Try this please

    Uninstall the game

    Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

    Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Plug the console power cable back in.

    Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox

    Install the game again
