    My Xbox controller won’t control DVD’s on my Xbox Series X


    I have a few DVD games like Scene it and a few others that I’ve always been able to play just fine on my Xbox series X until recently. Now whenever I open the DVD, it will go to the main menu but I can’t use the Xbox controller to select anything, nothing moves or does anything. I deleted the blu ray player and redownloaded it. I reset the whole Xbox multiple ways. Nothing is working

    So, no answer here? The first question is two months old. It’s clearly a software issue. This is a software issue caused by a forced “upgrade”. My $300 Xbox can now no longer perform a function my $15 20 year Walmart DVD player performs. Fix this. Provide an upgrade or give us option to downgrade.

    I appreciate for your update on this that you have through restarting your console and updated your controller.

    Can we confirm if you have already tried to power cycle your controller? Not just your console.
