My XBOX controller replacement

I am trying to get a replacement for my xbox controller but it seems like nothing is working, I have tried through my devices tab and keep getting an error at the last step. And when I try to reach support for the live chat all I get is an automated message to fill out a form which doesnt work in Europe.

Is there any other way I can do this?

I might have an issue here since I am from Slovenia which Xbox states is not a supported country yet I still have warranty on my controller. Is there a way to get service outside of supported countries?

Thanks for the info.

As it is in a country where the warranty is not supported, the only way would be to take it to the country of origin where it was purchased.

@Lestat573 I purchased my first Xbox 360 in 2006. I got the RROD in 2010. Xbox support replaced my Xbox without even mentioning a warranty. That's why I can't fathom that they could replace a console but refuse to replace a controller.
